Welcome to LIVEmiracle.com. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LIVEmiracle Portal and its services. By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Account Access and Termination

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a user account at our sole discretion if we determine that the user has engaged in any of the following:

Activities that harm, disrupt, or manipulate the integrity of the Portal or its community;
Actions that contradict the mission and purpose of LIVEmiracle.com, including but not limited to content that is intentionally harmful, misleading, or destructive;
Violation of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws or regulations;
Abuse of platform features, attempts to bypass technical restrictions, or unauthorized access to protected areas;
Behavior that undermines the safety, trust, or respectful environment of the platform.

Such actions may result in restricted access, account deletion, or other measures deemed necessary to preserve the well-being of the platform and its users. In urgent or serious cases, this may occur without prior notice.

Interaction with World Miracle Map (WMM)

According to our Privacy Policy and zero-knowledge encryption principles, all your registered Miracles are private and can be seen and read only by you.

Interaction with the World Miracle Map (WMM) happens only as a signal sent from the specific coordinates you selected as the location where you experienced the Miracle. This signal activates a Beam of Light animation with GPS precision, visible LIVE to all map viewers every time you register a new Miracle.

The fact of your Miracle experience is also recorded in local statistics, representing the collective experiences of residents and visitors of that specific area. Daily, the first three locations from your registered Miracles each day are nominated to be included in a special historical timelapse animation, available to everyone in the WMM archive (work in progress).

All statistical data within this Project is completely anonymous and contains no personal identifiers.

Copyright

All content on this Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video materials, is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.
It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use the content of this Portal in any way without the express written permission of the Portal owner.
Users are permitted to use the content of this Portal for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise specified.
Any unauthorized use of the content of this Portal may result in copyright infringement claims and other legal consequences.
When posting any content on the Portal, the user agrees that they own the copyright to that content and grant the Portal owner the right to use that content on the Portal.
Users are allowed to take screenshots of their content and publish them on other websites, assuming personal responsibility for doing so. The Portal assumes no liability for any content created and published by users.

User Content

Users are responsible for the content they post on this Portal.
Users must not post content that infringes the copyright or other intellectual property laws of other persons.
The Portal owner has the right to delete any content posted by users that violates these Terms of Use or other applicable laws.
Users may be banned from accessing the Portal if they violate these terms.
